Harmony of a Hunter 101% Run Released!

The Metroid 25th Anniversary Album expansion has finally released. It’s the tenth anniversary of Metroid Prime this year (in America, that is) and the Prime series seems to be well represented in the new album. From what I’ve listened to so far, I’d say it’s even better than the original album!

Harmony of a Hunter 101% Run

Nintendo is continuing to ignore the 25th Anniversary of the Metroid Series (yet they can celebrate that of Kirby?!?!?!) for unknown reasons. Thankfully, fans are still showing them how it’s done. The Shinesparkers group is working on an expansion to the original ‘Harmony of a Hunter’ album, entitled 101% Run. The first album was well worth a listen and I can’t wait to hear more remixed tunes from the series! Check out another preview below:

Another Metroid 25th Anniversary Album

Another fan remix album has been released to mark the 25th anniversary of Metroid; ‘Crystal Flash’ by Theophany. This feels more like a chill out album and while it only comprises of six tracks, runs in at twenty five minutes. It’s the Metroid series’ 25^th anniversary! And yet Nintendo seems to be letting it pass without a mention. Metroid is my favourite game series so I’m not going to ignore it!
